Ready to ship items will be posted in 1-3 days.
US Shipping - shipped via USPS. Generally arrives within 3-5 business days, however we do not have control over ship times once the package leaves our hands.
International Shipping - shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on region and cost effectiveness. Generally arrives within 1-2 weeks (note: many are experiencing delays due to COVID-19), however we do not have control over ship times once the package leaves our hands. The customer is responsible for any import fees incurred (i.e. customs). If you are on a tight schedule, please reach out to discuss alternate shipping options.
Returns & Exchanges
Items in their original packaging and form (unfortunately, we cannot accept yarn that is caked / balled) can be returned within 21 days of receipt. Shipment costs of returns are at the expense of the customer. Please contact us, if you would like to initiate a return and we will assist you.
All international orders are final sale; we do not accept returns on these items at this time.
Exchanges are not accepted at this time.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Color Matching
All of our yarn is hand-dyed in small, one pot batches. Due to the nature of this process, all skeins are uniquely their own. Please expect slight variations among skeins. We recommend alternating skeins for best results.
We do our best to ensure product photos reflect accurate colors, but please keep in mind colors are represented differently based on device / monitor settings.
If we are currently sold out or running low on a colorway / base you'd like to see restocked, please fill out the contact form noting the color and base you'd like to see more of. We will do our best to restock as time and inventory permits :)
Caring for Our Yarn
We recommend that all items made from our yarn be hand washed and laid flat to dry. All yarn has been washed and rinsed prior to selling. It is common for some dye to appear in bath when washing the first few times, especially deep colors and reds. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
Privacy
We use Big Cartel to run the store, Google Analytics to track metrics, and Stripe for payment methods. We do not have access to your credit card information; it is stored securely by Stripe. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data for any targeted advertising.
